APIS Masternode
1. Is there a separate amount of available nodes allocated to each PC Wallet and Platform?
- There are no separate amount of available nodes allocated to PC Wallet and Platform and they are united. Masternodes could be fully occupied at Early Bird stage via platform. If some of former participants cancel Masternodes, those unoccupied Masternodes will be open for the ‘Late’ stage.
2. Is there a fee for APIS Masternode cancelation?
- There is no fee for APIS Masternode cancelation.
3. Can’t I join APIS Masternode via PC when Early Bird is over?
- When there are users who cancel Masternode, you can join at ‘Normal’ or ‘Late’ stage for the unoccupied Masternodes in order. You’ll see a yellow mark when the request is pending and red means the join is completed. When you turn off your PC or cancel Masternode, a black mark will appear and the cancelation will be completed within 24 hours.
4. What is APIS Masternode reward cycle?
- APIS Masternode reward cycle is 6 days.
Other Masternodes
1. Is there a fee for other Maternodes cancelation?
- The cancelation fee is 3% and will reduce continuously. It will be adjusted afterward.
2. When can I join Zcoin?
- We will announce when it is available.
3. What is other Masternodes reward cycle?
- We are distributing the reward according to the relevant Maternode’s reward cycle.
APIS Platform
1. Are you planning to adjust the withdrawal limit and fees?
- The fee and withdrawal limit will be adjusted as the platform be stabilized. APIS platform is a financial platform that supports Masternode setup and trading based on Masternode, POS, etc. Since it is the first kind of a platform, monitorings may be required for certain management. The fee and withdrawal limit will be adjusted as the platform’s stability improves.
2. Can I use the Masked address for the withdrawal address when I send APIS from platform to APIS Wallet?
- Yes, you can.
3. On the platform, is APIS Masternode reward being distributed according to its reward cycle?
- After APIS Masternode reward is generated, it takes time to verify, reflect DB and finally appear on the platform. Also, please note that this process is being repeated every time the reward is generated.
4. When can I confirm my Early Bird Masternode cancelation?
- It does not take long for the cancelation and they are being handled fast.
5. The ROI appears to be 0% after APIS Masternode and other Masternodes participation.
- 0% ROI will appear before the first reward. The ROI will appear properly after your first reward.
6. I can’t use Google OTP because of the cellphone initialization.
- We provide a backup key when you set Google OTP. You can use it again if you save it and enter on our app.

It is irreversible when you lose the backup key so please make sure you keep it separately.
7. Will APIS platform (https://apis.mn/) for Mobile be released?
- Yes, It will be and we are working on it.
PC Wallet
1. I can’t set up PC Wallet.
Windows 10, RAM 8GB, and Java 8 version are required.
When you can’t set up though your PC meets the requirement, Please go Control panel — add/remove programs and delete APIS Core. Then reboot your PC and download the PC wallet again on our official website.
※Note※
You should save the keystore file and private key of wallets with APIS, separately before you delete APIS Core. You can’t restore APIS in your wallet if you don’t have a private key or keystore file.
2. Will the mined amount be added automatically for POS mining or do I have to set it myself?
- The amount will be included as mining, automatically.
3. Can I transfer from an exchange to PC Wallet?
- You should swap them first to Mainnet coin via APIS platform.
Please note that your coins will be lost if you directly transfer from an exchange to Wallet or vice versa.
4. Does POS mining work every time?
- The chance of POS mining reward increases according to the number of coins and since it follows the odds, sometimes the mining is not done.
5. Does PC performance affect POS mining?
- The larger amount of APIS means higher odds of reward and PC performance does not affect the mining amount.
6. Is Address Masking case-sensitive?
- Yes, it is case-sensitive.
7. What does ‘peers’ mean?
- It means the number of nodes connected to the Wallet.
The more nodes are connected, the faster a block would move but the number of blocks to verify would increase.
8. Does a lot of peers mean a better POS mining?
- There is no correlation between the number of peers and POS mining.
9. ‘since last block’ is not being initialized and the time just passes.
- When the internet is unstable, the sync can be disconnected not being able to receive the recently verified block. When internet is connected again, the peer will be connected again and sync will restart automatically. Please restart the program if the sync does not strat itself.
10. What is 2FA?
We’d like to answer to your inquiries about 2FA(Two Factor Authentication).
Generally, Private Key for transaction sign is an encoded file which is a possession-based verification factor as such cases of saving in a private device, writing down on a paper and keeping in a safe, saving in a Cold Wallet (Cold Wallet restore key should be saved separately). This possession-based verification can be stolen and using the Blockchain’s feature of connection to the network, hackers are trying endlessly to take over other’s Private key, tracking down the week points.
Knowledge Key system of APIS is a verification factor which is based on a user’s ‘knowledge’ — knowledge-based verification factor. It requires a password that a user remembers so there is no need for a separate tool (paper, Cold wallet, etc). 2FA activated Wallets functions only when both Private key and password are entered together so you can keep your asset safe though your Private key is accidentally exposed. The user’s password is recorded on Blockchain with SHA3 encoding which makes it impossible to track your original password — not even APIS team.
Please make sure you don’t forget your password for 2FA since deposit & withdrawal on the Wallet is unavailable without it.
Mobile Wallet
1. Can I do POS mining on Mobile Wallet?
- It is available only on PC Wallet.
2. Do I get Minerals when I make transactions via Mobile Wallet?
- Yes, you will get Minerals.
