To configure a basic API Connect environment, here are the basic setup

• Configure and set the mail server
• Configure gateway services
• Configure portal service
• Configure analytic services
• Invite a provider organization owner
• Organization owner accept the invitation and create an organization
• Login to organization
• Create a draft API
• Publish a Product to Sandbox
