apM e-Gift Voucher a.k.a. apM Members’ Killer Service: The Functions to Fulfil the Needs of Target Users
What apM shopping malls’ buyer customers and wholesalers, who are key target user groups of apM Members, want is always clear. Most of the customers are business persons in clothing distribution or sales industry, and they come to the malls to purchase goods to sell. Their ultimate needs are to purchase more quality goods in limited time and budgets. In the meantime, the malls’ wholesalers aim to attract more customers while achieving higher sales and revenues.
Considering these features of the app’s target users, apM Members app will provide e-gift voucher-focused services to meet the needs of both customers and wholesalers. Customers can buy e-gift vouchers on apM Members app with a discount price so that they can purchase more fashion goods with the e-gift vouchers in the same budget. This will allow wholesalers to have more opportunities to sell goods to their customers.
As much as apM Members aim to present the e-gift voucher services as its ‘killer service’, the app’s UX and UI will be developed in a way that users are easy to use. In particular, the app will provide QR-code based services which enable users to simply scan the code when they buy, use and send e-gift vouchers. The wholesalers can also settle the payment of apM e-gift voucher at the malls’ settlement desk by scanning the code. In the next stage, apM Members app plans to activate on/off-line contact-free payment functions of apM e-gift vouchers, which would allow customers and wholesalers to use apM e-gift voucher services regardless of distance.
