Event Program_

Event 1_APM Trading Contest (Prize Pool: Up to 40,000 USDT in OKB)

OKEx users will be ranked in terms of the net buying amount of APM (buying amount-selling amount-withdrawal amount; macro trading is excluded) on their OKEx account across all APM trading pairs during the event and earn a share of 40,000 USDT value of OKB. The reward structure is as follows:

· 1st place: 5,000 USDT in OKB

· 2nd place: 3,000 USDT in OKB

· 3rd place: 1,000 USDT in OKB

· 4th-10th place: Equally split a prize pool of 3,000 USDT in OKB

· 11th-1000th place: Equally split a prize pool of 14,000 USDT in OKB (In case of the net buying amount of OKB (buying amount-selling amount-withdrawal amount; macro trading is excluded) is equal to or more than 10 OKB, the reward amount will be doubled.)

Event 2_OKEx Sign-up Event (Prize Pool: 10,000 USDT in OKB)

If new users of OKEx complete the 2nd stage of KYC and their net buying amount of APM on their OKEx account during the event is a minimum of USD 10, they will earn 5 USDT value of OKB each on a first-come, first-served basis.

Terms & Conditions_

· OKEx reserves the right of final decision in case of disputed cases.

· The user can participate in the event with only one account on OKEx. The participation with his/her secondary account is restricted.

· OKEx reserves the right to disqualify wallet addresses for trades which are deemed to be wash trades or display attributes of market manipulation.

· OKB rewards will be distributed to each winner’s OKEx account within 10 business days after the event ends.
