Unsatisfied
Unexplored, interesting selves
If I was a circle I could roll
and play collecting grass;
I‘d travel all around the world,
visiting places, using no compass.
These thoughts were swirling in the mind
of a triangle equilateral
that imitated the humans around it
who always want a self that’s collateral.
A circle was rolling in another page of the notebook,
praying for getting stuck in an angle,
and it was thinking all the time
I could get some rest if I was a triangle.
The notebook was observing calmly
the wishes of the two unsatisfied shapes,
remembering the days when it wanted
to be a photo book of natural landscapes.
The pupil with the notebook
was trying to be like his dad,
and the teacher in the class of his
was dreaming about a University Chair.
Earth, the next bigger entity,
did not have any wish,
tuned to the frequency of “here-and-now”,
embracing both bliss and non-bliss.
