A job interview is a crucial moment for both interviewer and interviewee. As an interviewer, I have sad, happy, and funny stories to share with you. However, I believe that both parties should not inconvenience. These days all interviews go through online apps. When we are interviewing the candidates, we are not expecting their answers only. It would be best if you tried to check their attitudes, background, expressions, etc. Scientists have proven that we can find out the best one within few seconds by their first impression. But that will change when you go ahead.
I have shared my working experience in the last articles. The following stories are another extension of that. I hope you will enjoy it.
As a senior software engineer, I often interview for internships, associate software engineer, and Software engineer positions. That time, I have to ask some technical questions from interviewees. No doubt that I am expecting exact answers from them. As well, we must evaluate the IQ level of those candidates. I believe it is a must for problem-solving when working.
