Viki is a beautiful Wikipedia client.

I’m one of those people that can spend a long time on Wikipedia just tapping on links and following different trails that ultimately lead nowhere. I just love reading about different people and events. Wikipedia has a pretty good first party app now, but there is one that I am prefer using.

Enter: Viki. Viki is a Wikipedia client that is absolutely beautiful. Viki has an emphasis on beauty. They have great typography and their apps looks good on every screen from the Apple Watch to the iPad Pro.

When you boot up the app you get a search bar and three sections: history, bookmarks, and nearby.

Nearby is a pretty interesting idea. I’ve not seen a Wikipedia client that has this. It find points of interests nearby that is on Wikipedia. I used this when I was in Asheville and it was actually really great.

It’s not just a beautiful Wikipedia app, it’s a beautiful app period.

If you use Wikipedia even just a little bit. Give this a download. It’s $2.99 and well worth the cost.

Amazing language support.

Give it a download here: https://itunes.apple.com/app/viki-wikipedia/id993435362

I have a Newsletter that I send out once a week. I send out about 4–5 good apps that I use or have used. Sign up here: http://eepurl.com/bZkV9b
