Introducing: App in the Air’s Flight Tracking Competition

Happy new year aviators!

2022 marks the 20th anniversary of the iconic Leonardo DiCaprio and Tom Hanks aviation movie, ‘Catch Me if You Can’, based on the true pilot fraud Frank Abagnale Jr. In honor of the iconic film, App in the Air is excited to announce the launch of a year-long ‘Catch Me if You Can’ — inspired flight competition for its users, with a grand prize trip to France.

“You’re gonna have to catch me first!” — Frank Abagnale Jr.

Starting now through the end of 2022, users can stack up flight miles earned through the app. At the end of the year, the user with the most miles flown will get to “escape” to France — the final destination Leo escapes to in the movie.

Here’s how to play:

1. Download App in the Air.
2. Track your travel miles flown, starting February 14, 2022 until December 2022 through the App in the Air app.
3. Winners will be announced on December 26th, one day after the official 20th anniversary of the ‘Catch Me if You Can’ release day. The user with the most miles flown will be rewarded a roundtrip flight credit to France.
