Jesus Christ. I know I’m going to get a lot of s*** for this but I’m going to write it anyway because I think that I really need to.

All the Star Wars crap really needs to stop. I’m a fan of the most of the movies, it’s just that it’s gotten boring. We don’t need any more Star Wars films or any more Star Trek films. We don’t need any more Stargate or Babylon 5. We need something new.

Fox got close to the answer to our sci-fi dilemma with Firefly, but unfortunately they swatted it out of the sky for no apparent reason. They stuck it in a jar and shook it until it was dead.

I’d like to stop wasting our time on remakes of TV shows and movies that were good in the 80s and get working on revolutionary new concepts. If the human race doesn’t have enough creativity to create a new interesting ORIGINAL concept (I’m looking at you Star Trek Voyager), then we are pretty screwed in regards of entertainment.

So why don’t we all pull our heads out of our asses with this Star Wars BS and work with something new.
