Recently I’ve realized that now it’s harder to find movies that are enjoyable to watch and contain pure acting. There is always a hunger for cinema that touches strings of the soul and does not live indifferent. Today I’ve encountered with the interview of iconic Jessica Lange who was talking about her performance in Broadway for ‘Long Day’s Journey into Night’. Worth mentioning that Jessica made her film debut in 1976’s King Kong, surpassing actresses Meryl Streep and Goldie Hawn.

The moment in the interview when she talks about her craft with such a love and passion, pinpoints why we should be looking more for theatre, especially when it was always open to new ideas and less stereotyped than film industry. I believe that the way people talk about their profession and colleagues define the quality of their work and dedication. And since Jessica has ruled the small screen with absolute brilliance, she is capable to bring this high level of acting in stage. So there is another persistent aim to attend plays round the world while travelling or actually plays can be a reason for future journeys.
