IPhone X users are very unhappy with Siri according to this study

Last month Creative Strategies released a survey to users of the iPhone X to assess the characteristics of the device, resulting in an incredible satisfaction rate of 97%, which is not surprising, because the flagship of Apple is a great mobile that undoubtedly gives a good user experience, something that should not be otherwise for the price it has. Although not everything you have is good, because Siri is the big disappointment among users as we will see below.

Is Siri the worst of the iPhone X?

85% of respondents said they are “very satisfied” with the iPhone X. The company that has conducted this survey has contrasted this result with other surveys of other devices and have stated that it is one of the highest percentages that have had.

Of the rest of the respondents, 12% answered that they are “satisfied” and the remaining 3% affirmed that they are dissatisfied at different levels, probably because they do not believe that this iPhone is worth more than a thousand dollars for the benefits it offers, although they are a minority.

Tim Cook himself has mentioned on several occasions how happy users are with this device. Without going any further in the last presentation of economic results said that the rate of satisfaction of users was 99% referring to a study of 451 Research. Although the survey we are evaluating now has a much larger sample, which is much more compensated and we can trust some more of this data. To be exact in this study, 1746 people have been surveyed.

The survey has also thrown what users like most and less about this device and the result is that Siri totally fails among most users and it is logical, because it has been quite stagnant if we compare it with its competitors. In this graph we can see the satisfaction index divided by characteristics.

We can see how the vast majority of features have a satisfaction close to 90%, except the FaceTime camera that receives a lower rating, basically due to the zero stabilization it has and the quality that should improve when making a video call.

In the last position with a satisfaction of 20% we find Siri, which is undoubtedly one of the most punished thanks to the appearance of Google Assistant in the App Store. Hopefully from Apple take into account this graph and improve on iOS 12 to Siri, which is missing enough.
