Beam me up…

Sometimes it just seems as though we just do not have the energy to barely move. Our motivation is gone and we just don’t care. Don’t feel alone. There are thousands of people who feel just like you. There are some simple things that you can do to help you regain energy and stamina.

Get up and move is my new motto. Working out is not playing a video game and drinking a Gatorade. Neither is walking to the kitchen during commercials to get a snack. Sit if you must but too much sitting is really not good for you.

Try Steph’s commercialsize. It is too a word! It means that during commercials you do an exercise. Commercials are usually about 30 seconds so every commercial switch. Want some examples? Sit and stand, sit and stand. touch your toes and stand, knees to elbows, sit-ups, and when you get more comfortable add some weights. You could do bicep curls, tricep kickbacks, lunges, the possibilities are endless. Purchase a weighted ball and throw it around.

We all wish that we could have a personal coach, health, fitness, diet, or nutrition I want them all. Health coaches are not doctors so they do not diagnose conditions or tell you to stop or increase medications. Health coaches help you get healthy through nutrition, some are even personal trainers who can help you get fit and be more nutritionally sound.

There is more to getting healthy than just totally eating nutritionally. Psychological changes are just as important, along with lifestyle factors. Who doesn’t want to know what they, personally can eat and not pack on the pounds? How much to exercise and what kind of exercise is also important.

I believe that anyone can have the body that they want, they just need to know how to get there. We live in a world bombarded with information and it is really hard to know which information is right for you. We were all created differently. We have different ancestors so wouldn’t it make sense that we should all eat differently because we process food differently? And when it comes to exercising I think the same rules apply.

Of course, there are genetic and environmental factors that go with health, but for every action, there is a reaction. You can overcome and you can get healthy. You can do this.

We all have different personality types some of being super sensitive and others are really outgoing. So, how do I find a trainer who can meet my personal needs and how would I ever be able to afford it if I do? If you are on a budget it seems as though you are stuck, right? Wrong!
