After months of building behind the scenes, the Aptos Labs team is excited to reveal what’s next for Aptos Connect — a powerful set of features built to match the speed, simplicity, and scale of Aptos.
All the latest updates:
- Connect is now positioned to be the first non-custodial touchpoint for all new Aptos users. Users get everything they need in one place, including gas-sponsored swaps and fiat on-ramps supporting transfers from over 300 CEXs. Onboard via Google or Apple.
- Safety is always our top priority. Sign in with Aptos (SIWA) delivers a non-custodial wallet experience designed for humans. Backup Keys, a second form of access to your account should you need it, provide an additional layer of security.
- With Connect accounts, users can explore the Aptos ecosystem. Developers can build mobile-native experiences effortlessly with our React Native SDK.
Embedded Swaps
Gas-sponsored swaps are live, and available directly through your wallet.
Connect has integrated Panora’s advanced DEX aggregator, so users can access Panora to perform swaps with sponsored gas fees.
Fiat On-ramps
We’ve significantly upgraded our fiat onboarding experience by partnering with Stripe, Banxa, Transak, and Mesh. Now, Connect covers more countries and payment methods than ever before. Mesh even lets you transfer instantly from over 300 centralized exchanges with zero fees.

React Native SDK
No more QR codes, private keys, and awkward app-switching. Our new React Native SDK plugs Aptos Connect directly into your iOS or Android device. Connect can now handle sign-ins, data sharing, and transactions within your app interface.
One-click mobile onboarding is here, and not a moment too early.
We also built support for native Telegram mini-app integration. Sadly, with the new walled garden Telegram policy forcing all mini-apps to operate on the TON network, the Aptos Connect TG mini-app is not likely to survive for much longer. Try it while you can @aptosconnectbot!
Sign in with Aptos (SIWA)
Taking inspiration from standards like Sign in with Solana, SIWA standardizes wallet connections for clearer, safer experiences.
With SIWA, Aptos Connect can provide a one-click sign-in. Users can prove ownership of their address to applications, and share authentication of off-chain resources like email and other identity components.
Our interface is designed for humans, and our priority is to help you understand exactly what data and permissions you’re granting.
- The message construction responsibility is shifted from dApps to wallets like Connect, streamlining authentication.
- Wallets can interpret standardized message formats, flagging potential malicious/illegitimate messages.

Aptos Keyless Backup Keys (Available in Staging. Coming to Production Soon)
Aptos Connect now supports Keyless Backup Keys, giving users an additional avenue to retain full control over their accounts.
Your Connect account can now be protected by a 1-of-2 multi-key setup. One point of access is through Aptos Keyless (sign in with Google or Apple), and the other is a plain-text private key that you can generate and store as a backup. If your social logins are ever disrupted, you can still access your account.
