World Cup games ⚽️
The world cup games are ongoing. Have fun in the world cup channel created on our discord by trying to predict the correct scorelines of the matches. Winners will win a prize daily! If we have multiple winners in the same game, we will choose the member who posted the correct score first.
Spooks Whitelist 🎫
Aptos Monkeys collaborated with Spooks to WL unique Monke holders. A random snapshot was taken by Topaz close to their mint date. To qualify, you needed to have your Monke delisted and in your wallet. More holders WL spots are coming.

A channel called AIP-announcement was created on the Aptos discord to provide visibility into the Aptos Improvement Proposals. This allows the community to comment on Github for future improvements to the Aptos blockchain and provide feedback on what’s next!
PROJECT SPOTLIGHT: ARIES MARKET 📸
“We are building Mover, an Aptos-first liquidity bridge and general cross-chain messaging protocol. Mover’s technical design will prioritize providing the most secure and efficient cross-chain experience by utilizing Altos’s architectural and technical capabilities to the fullest extent. By focusing exclusively on Aptos as a destination chain, we plan to do better than other solutions in terms of trust assumptions, cost efficiency, and usability trade-offs.
The key promise of Web3 is permissionless interoperability. For users to be able to use applications across blockchains, it is important that these blockchains can communicate in a secure, decentralized, permissionless, and trustless manner. This makes the interoperability layer a critical infrastructure for a reliable and seamless user experience.
The key problem of secure and trustless bridging is that blockchains do not have shared security — they have disjoint sets of miners or validators, which operate inside their respective ecosystems and know nothing about each other. Light clients close this gap by verifying the state of a source chain on a target chain, providing the most secure cross-chain infrastructure.
The main challenge is to build light client nodes that can keep track of the state of a blockchain in a compute and storage-restricted on-chain execution environment. Aptos blockchain was designed with scalability and safety that can enable mainstream adoption of the light client approach to cross-chain communication and bridging. This is the path that Mover would take to bring true Web3 interoperability to Aptos.
Mover is a two-way cross-chain messaging protocol, but we position ourselves in the cross-chain messaging space as a protocol that strives to smooth border crossing with Aptos as a destination chain. Thus, our technical design choices are motivated by making inbound transactions as secure, efficient, and user-friendly as possible. We will show the border crypto community that light client bridges can be efficient and secure on fast L1 blockchains.”
