We recently onboarded Artsy Monkey#4758 and she showcased her creativity🎨 by drawing via a live stream on discord and twitch while there were some chill songs playing in the background.

Asides from the events, you must have been anticipating the lore series for some time. The team had some extra work to do to make it more fun to read and engaging. We posted the intro of Chapter 1. Anticipate the weekly lore series starting this week and the events going hand in hand with each lore chapter.

Project description:
“OmniBTC is the first omni-chain financial platform integrating with DEXs and omni-chain interoperability protocols(e.g., LayerZero), now focusing on Aptos & Sui. There are 3 core functions in OmniBTC, OmniSwap, OmniBridge, and OmniLending.”
Motivation:
“We build up OmniBTC just because we want to solve the following problems.
- Swap Users: For higher profitability, users should frequently click the bridge & swap buttons and bear higher slippage.
- Lending Users: For higher capital utilization, users have to frequently bridge/deposit/withdraw assets on different pages or networks.
- Low availability of BTC: Bitcoin is not programmable and lacks a decentralized trusted environment, so developers cannot create smart contracts for $BTC or improve its utilization. We are convinced that Bitcoin can do more than value storage.”

- Introduce BTC into Aptos, combining Bitcoin with Aptos.
