On November 2nd, project founders and individuals were able to utilize the tool. However, our NFT holders get a 10% discount. Always remember to do your research before joining any public raffle.
N/B: Rafflor is meant for people with the backing and the crowd to sell raffles to, Any raffle created cannot be reverted or canceled. In a raffle that does not sell out, a winner will still be picked.
Introducing Jungle Tank 🗣️
The team is constantly brainstorming ways to bring unity to the Aptos ecosystem to foster growth and development. Jungle Tank is a Twitter space, introduced as a new system for communicating and connecting with fellow ecosystem project founders. This will be hosted once a week, with two upcoming projects on Aptos. Potential project guests can reach out to the team on discord or via Twitter DMs.

GoneMultichain: “Will monkeys ever release a native token helping to unlock staking and more advanced DEFI integrations?”
Aptos Monkeys: “As of now, there are not any inherent plans to create a token. This is not ruling it out later on. But if we want to do it, we want to make sure that there is a use case, demand, and support from the community, KOLS, and projects to do it. And we don’t want to release something that’s half-baked and I think a proper tokenomics or utility takes time to build and maintain.”

Introducing Mint-to-Earn 👾🪙
Two Aptos ecosystem giants, Pontem Network and Topaz Marketplace, introduced a mint-to-earn system that has and will significantly aid in developing the NFT space. All liquid swap users between genesis and 5 pm UTC of October 31st, were eligible to MINT a Pontemite to EARN 1 $APT on 2nd November 2022. This has introduced a new perspective to NFT artists/creators. Let’s all keep an eye on how this will evolve with time.
PROJECT SPOTLIGHT: TORTUGA FINANCE 📸
Tortuga Finance is the only place to stake APT and participate in Aptos validator rewards. Stake APT, receive $tAPT, and accrue validator rewards while participating in the Aptos DeFi ecosystem.
Liquid staking is a critical part of any DeFi ecosystem. Staking helps secure the Aptos blockchain, but it locks up your funds. This forces users to choose between staking and DeFi yield. Liquid staking allows users to have both. Tortuga Staked APT ($tAPT) is deeply integrated across the DeFi ecosystem.
Simply holding $tAPT will expose you to validator rewards. But if you want to go further, you can also use $tAPT in DeFi like providing $tAPT as collateral for lending. Tortuga is a critical part of the Aptos ecosystem. With over 600K APT staked, it is the most significant protocol outside DEXes. It is the only liquid staking protocol producing validator rewards.
