Despite having a background in psychology, Lena navigated her way into the tech industry. And, as one of the few women in predictive maintenance, her journey hasn’t always been easy.
She’s faced a few challenges along the way, but Lena’s passion for making a difference in data-driven science, with human abilities at its core, is what kept her going. Despite the uphill battle, Lena is pursuing her goal of reducing the carbon footprint of the industry as a whole.
Today, her company ai-omatic is based in Hamburg, where she rethinks the way we maintain machines — by combining the expert knowledge of engineers with the vast power of AI and machine learning.
