After many years of juggling her education, family, and community responsibilities while managing her personal finances, Tani Chambers eventually paused to rethink her relationship with money and take stock of her financial progress and how close her current plan was getting her to the financial goals she set. She realized it was time to reevaluate her plan in order to secure her financial future and retirement and create a legacy for her daughter and future generations. This was when Tani began her investment journey.
She realized many of her peers shared the same ambitions yet lacked the necessary expertise and experience to reach them. In an effort to close this gap, she set out on a mission — aiming to arm a community of aspiring women investors with with the skills and resources they needed to succeed — while helping ease any trauma related money matters that may have been suffered in the past.
Tani is now the driving force behind RAVN — a digital wealth planning platform that utilizes financial advisory, technology, and financial literacy to help black women transform their financial lives. With a focus on investments, they offer a collaborative learning environment that empowers women to take control of their finances and secure their futures.
