AqarChain Offerings
AqarChain will be the first decentralized Real Estate NFT marketplace in the world, including the following features:
- Tokenization
By issuing an NFT for each property and subsequently fractionalizing the NFT, a hybrid tokenization platform for real estate assets is created.
- Non-Fungible Token
Each property’s ownership is verified using the NFT established for the property, which contains the property’s title deed. The NFT is further fractionalized, with fractional token buyers becoming fractional owners of the NFT, which contains the property’s Title Deed as metadata.
- Fractional Tokens
The number of fractional tokens and the value of each Fractional Token will be determined using metadata from the property’s title deed. The owner will be able to assert ownership of the property using this token.
- Secondary Sole of Fractional Tokens
The Fractional tokens will be traded in the secondary market as an OTC on the AqarChain platform. Later on, it will work with exchanges to list fractional tokens for trading.
- Crowdfunding
Following successful KYC compliance, investors and accredited investors will be able to purchase fractional tokens of each NFT of the property.
- AQR Token
The AqarChain platform’s native utility token is AOR. The token’s parent contract will be built on Ethereum, with a bridge to Polygon (NATIC), Binance Smart Chain, and Tezos. The token protocol is purely utilitarian.
- DeFi Stoking
To earn extra AORrewards, AOR tokens can be staked on the AqarChain network. There is also XTZ staking, which allows users to stake XTZ in exchange for AOR rewards.
- Governance Voting
By depositing AOR tokens, fractional token holders can vote on their property selections. The voting will take place on topics such as short-term or long-term lease, buyout or sale offers, property valuation, and, most crucially, property listing.
