A complete workflow for managing issues in your building. We believe that for an issue management system to be useful it must support a wide variety of building & equipment scenarios and it must keep the entire team accountable for solving the root cause of an issue.

It all starts with the ability to configure alert thresholds on almost any piece of data in your building — from an individual tenant to a specific bus riser.

Once the threshold is breached users can receive an email, text message, and mobile app notification. The mobile app experience for alerts is super quick and easy to find exactly what the issue is.

We understand that there are a million things going on in your building at any given time. This is why we built an escalation policy to keep the entire team accountable to closing these issues. Our escalation policies allow you to configure any number of policy rules that will notify a different set of users if the issue has not been resolved.

To close the loop on an issue, simply close it with a note about what action was taken.
