…isn’t too frightful yet. But with snow season nearly here for many, I wanted to highlight a few products that can stand up to foul winter weather. Protecting occupants from icy conditions, driving rain, and melting roof snow should be an important consideration in any design, as should specifying durable finishes at entry points and insulation systems with high R-values.

The PP115 Snow Guard is designed to install directly to wood blocking or metal deck. The Extruded Aluminum Bracket base measures 4" x 6" and the Stainless Steel Base Plate measures 6" x 8". The Base Plate can be flashed with compatible target patch (optional). Compatible Target Patch (available in many colors) bolts between Base Plate and Bracket, forming a compression seal.
