Arazoo’s Collection #85: As Seen at ICFF NYC 2017
What caught your eye at ICFF?
ICFF NYC 2017 featured hundreds of top international design brands and emerging designers alike to an audience of thousands of design professionals. The show floor seemed to extend forever, and each booth spared no expense in displaying their most interesting, cutting edge products. We saw tons of cool light fixtures, indoor and outdoor furniture, specialty equipment, and interior finishes as well as some unique artisanal pieces like custom gaming tables and limited edition wallpaper. Today, we’ve shortlisted a few that caught our attention.
What caught your eye at ICFF? If you saw some exciting new materials, fixtures, or appliances that you’d like to remember for a future project, head to the manufacturer’s website and save the product to your Arazoo library with the bookmarklet. Once it’s in your library, add your own notes, photos and other key info to it so all that valuable product info and usage history resides in one easy to find location.
This hyper realistic mural was part of DFC’s Fountain Of Youth Collection created with Mexican photographer David Franco. The mural was inspired by Michael Jackson, before his passing, and features Mexican toys and a hidden fountain of youth.
Prisma was developed to answer the increasing need for adaptable furniture in contemporary workplace and hospitality environments. Designed to form an array of combinations suitable in the most diverse environments, the range consists of various armchairs, lounges, ottomans, side tables and a workstation.
The Allison sets the tone for a modern redo of an outdated standard, and we’ve always dreamed of a Cinderella moment. Classic lines and proportions are taken to a whole new scale.
This suspended and pivoting model is a response to this wish. Its pure, elegant shape is not only perfectly proportioned, but maximises heat efficiency.
We are a fabrication shop and design studio in Los Angeles specializing in reclaimed wood and salvaged materials. We take pride in our work and craftsmanship and are genuine in our pursuit to transform remnants of what once was, into pieces that are high quality and relevant once again.
Consistent with Kannoa’s creative vision, the ergonomically designed Maui is not only beautiful but also a surprisingly comfortable chair. It can be used on its own or paired with its intelligently designed ottoman which slips underneath when not being used.
The X Collection transcends the line between lighting and furniture. It includes illuminated pieces that can function as tables, chandeliers, or pendant fixtures.
