Meet us at Thrive 2016!

Later this week Arazoo travels to Nashville to take part in the Thrive Conference hosted by PSMJ Resources. Thrive will offer two days of inspiration, networking, and best practice perspectives to some of the nation’s most successfully run architecture and engineering firms. We’re proud to help sponsor this event for the third year running. We look forward to congratulating PSMJ’s Circle of Excellence winners and opening conversations with the 300+ attendees on exactly how Arazoo can help them save time, money, and manpower in managing their valuable institutional knowledge.

If you’re not familiar with PSMJ, they are all about sharing best business practices with growing A/E firms. As firms grow, they know they need to implement sophisticated digital tools to manage everything from designs to invoicing. Yet with the over 300 firms we’ve spoken with in the past two years, almost none of them have a reliable product information system in place or one that their employees actually use. For both business and risk management reasons, it’s crucial to institute such a system to keep building product and other key project information organized and easily accessible. But many firms — large and small alike — struggle with how to cost-effectively and efficiently organize this knowledge.

Arazoo’s collaborative platform solution enables everyone inside a firm to contribute to and learn from their product knowledge on project after project.

Products and materials used in past projects can be saved and shared throughout your firm, while new products can easily be saved for future reference. Plus other valuable research, inspiration, precedents, lessons learned, and associated information can be easily saved alongside those products and materials so that everything can live in one centralized location. Arazoo organizes your institutional knowledge efficiently so you can focus your efforts and time on the design and client service that really enables your practice to thrive!

As we all know, our industry has typically been slow to adopt emerging technology despite how its been shown to increase productivity, efficiency, and profitability in other industries. As an expert in this topic, Arazoo’s co-founder, Barry LePatner, will be speaking at a Thrive session to spotlight advanced technologies that are making the architecture and engineering industry one of the most dynamic and powerful industries in the world. If you attend Thrive, we hope you’ll take attend and learn how to advance your knowledge of these game-changing technologies to help grow your firm. If you’re not attending Thrive, look for us to post a link to his speech following the conference.

We look forward to taking part in Thrive, experiencing some Nashville culture, and getting a chance to introduce Arazoo to a bunch of smart A/E firms. If you’re heading to Thrive, please stop by to say hello. And if you’re not, follow us on social media to get our latest updates from Nashville.
