My library specializes in teaching children about color. The program is organized vertically for 4 different age groups. The bookstacks are placed along the circulation according to these age groups. As children circulate the building, they get exposed to color theory, color history, and color symbolism.

The skin/facade of the building echoes the inherent geometry of the building. It serves as structure and is composed of glass, steel and concrete.
