Dr. Timmons is one of the leading authorities on occupational licensing in the United States and his research has truly made an impact at both the academic and policy levels. We’re excited to continue exploring with Dr. Timmons the links between occupational licensing, social mobility, and inequality and finding ways to lift barriers standing in the way of people attempting to earn a living and climb the income ladder.
