ARCH Token Migration
Starting now, ARCH holders can migrate their tokens to EDEN tokens using app.archerdao.io.
This token migration is the first in a series of events that will transition the project away from Archer DAO and into the Eden Network. The Eden Network introduces utility to the EDEN token, with details to be announced.
Q: What is the new token?
Name: Eden
Symbol: EDEN
Decimals: 18
Contract: 0x1559fa1b8f28238fd5d76d9f434ad86fd20d1559
Q: As an ARCH token holder, what does this migration mean for me?
ARCH tokens will remain outstanding unless you affirmatively participate in the migration, but they will lose all functionality and the Archer network will no longer be supported or otherwise upgraded.
We strongly recommend you convert them to EDEN in order to participate in Eden Network.
Q: How do I migrate my ARCH tokens to EDEN?
All ARCH token holders can transfer their tokens to EDEN at a 1 to 1 ratio through the Migrator Contract or, for your convenience, on the Archer DAO web UI.
Q: I have tokens staked in Archer DAO governance contracts, what should I do?
If you have staked ARCH tokens, unstake them and follow the migration instructions above. You can do both using the Archer DAO web UI.
If you have staked Sushi LP tokens, unstake them from the web UI, remove liquidity from Sushi, then follow the migration instructions above.
Q: What is the Token Supply of EDEN?
The maximum token supply of EDEN is 250M tokens. Previously ARCH had no hard cap with an unlimited token supply. After speaking with strategic partners, a cap of 250M EDEN tokens was added as a safety measure.
The net issuance/token supply of EDEN will remain the same as ARCH until Eden Network launches.
Q: My tokens are locked or vesting, will I miss out on the conversion?
For token holders with a locked or vesting ARCH balance, this balance will continue to become available in ARCH per vesting terms. You can migrate unlocked ARCH to EDEN through the migration smart contract in the future.
Q: I am a liquidity provider, what should I do?
Liquidity Providers can withdraw existing liquidity with ARCH, complete token migration, and re-add liquidity with EDEN if desired.
Remove Liquidity from ARCH-ETH on Sushi
Remove Liquidity from ARCH-ETH on Uniswap
Add Liquidity to EDEN-ETH on Sushi
Q: I am participating in the Onsen program, what will happen?
Onsen incentives for ARCH-ETH on Sushi.com will be changed to EDEN-ETH.
Q: Can I change back from EDEN tokens to ARCH?
No — the migration is one way.
Q: Why is ARCH migrating to a new token and why are you creating a new project?
ARCH token requires a technical upgrade to enable new utility for the Eden Network. In order to give existing ARCH token holders fair and efficient access to Eden Network, Archer DAO proposed a token migration rather than outright new token issuance.
Q: Is there any more information about Eden Network and what it does?
A: We’re excited to announce further details about Eden Network in the future.
Q: Are there any tax consequences to participating in the migration?
All holders of ARCH tokens should consult with their own tax advisors on the tax effects or consequences in their jurisdiction of participating in the migration.
