Archethic Bridge Update: Fees & Bootstrap Transfers

We are thrilled to announce exciting improvements to our Archethic Bridge!

Updated Fee Structure

The fee structure has been revised to offer more cost-effective transfers. The updated fees are as follows:

• EVM to Archethic: Reduced from 0.3% to 0%
• Archethic to EVM: Remains at 0.3%

Smart Contract Enhancements

Significant updates have been made to the smart contract to improve functionality and user experience. Key changes include:

Removal of the Safety Module

• The Safety Module has been removed, eliminating limitations on transfer amounts. Users can now transfer unlimited amounts in and out of the Archethic network.

Expanded Token Integration

• The removal of capped limits allows for the integration of a greater variety of tokens, broadening the bridge’s scope and utility.

Security and Deployment

In collaboration with our partner, Hacken, a thorough review of our smart contract has been conducted. All identified issues have been addressed. The new and improved version of the smart contract is now deployed, ensuring enhanced security and reliability for users.
