Archilyse Nominated for NZZ Trend Radar Final

Can digital innovation disrupt and improve the real estate industry? Yes, it can. This is why Archilyse was nominated finalist to pitch at the NZZ Real Estate Days in Interlaken.

Archilyse digitises and analyses architecture and real estate objects and streamlines respective planning and management processes. Archilyse provides qualitative insights and empowers decisions based on data analytics and objective, measurable KPIs. Floorplans get converted into digital georeferenced 3D models that are positioned in the specific city surrounding. Roads, trees or the nearest supermarket etc. are depicted and thus important aspects such as views, daylight and distances are simulated for every square centimeter within the building.

On October 31 Archilyse will present their solution in front of real estate experts. The winner of the competition will be selected at the NZZ Real Estate Days by a public voting.
