Radioactive wolves

The PBS: Nature documentary film, Radioactive Wolves, documents the plants and animals in the exclusion zone that surrounds the Chernobyl nuclear reactor, following the disaster of 1986.

In the words of the director Harry Smith, the film asks: “What happens to nature after a nuclear accident?” And: “how does the wildlife cope with the world it inherits after the human inhabitants have fled?”
