ArchLoot was glad to be invited to a live AMA in the CryptoFury community on May 25, 2022. Joined by over 46k members, mostly from Vietnam, our team has the undisguised zeal to explain our project, technology, current progress, and further plan.

A glance of the essence:

We are a global project, with multi-language support being a major step in the roadmap. I’d say currently our community is mostly from Korea and ENL/ESL countries, given the status of our CBT event. But we have a global investor & partnership profile and are expanding our influence in SEA countries.

Jonathan, CEO of ArchLoot

Part 1:

Host: Please welcome our Guest to the first segment of this AMA session. The first question for you in this segment.

1. Could you please introduce yourself and ArchLoot?

Jonathan

Hi everyone, it’s our pleasure to hang out with you guys.

I’m Jonathan, the CEO of ArchLoot. I’m from Belgium and my team is now operating across Singapore, Australia, Shanghai, etc. We are offering a very different UGC-P2E game based on BNB Chain. We are backed by over 10 partners & investors and have more than 30 professional elites staffs from traditional gaming & crypto & financial space.

You can track our Twitter: https://twitter.com/archlootOS and website: https://www.archloot.com/

Dirk

Hi, community, I’m Dirk. I’m from Canada and am now the CMO of ArchLoot. I can offer more info about the game. It offers interactive NFTs that enable our UGC gameplay. All NFTs in the game support user-generated modifications.

Gamers can

  • Freely assemble and recombine your avatars from a directory of NFTs
  • Change/ upgrade/ enhance the attributes and design of NFT assets during playing
  • Sell them on secondary marketplaces
  • Safe transactions and real-time metadata protection

In a word, user-add value to all in-game assets has no limits both in the game and in the marketplace.

This is made possible by EIP-4985 and BEP-129, self-developed protocols that were born for GameFi. You can read our whitepaper (https://docs.archloot.com/) for a technical explanation.

2. Many investors just focus on the price of tokens in short term instead of the real value of the project. Can you tell us the motivation and benefits for investors of this project in the long term?

Jonathan

We always believe that fun is the most important feature of a game. A fun game will always have a solid community, which stabilizes the value of in-game assets. Moreover, although our game is free to play, it is not free to earn.

We have introduced a hunting license approach, where the player will be able to earn only if he/she possesses a hunting license. That way, by limiting the issuance of hunting licenses, we can contain the inflation.

3. Besides AMA What other marketing strategies do you have to implement to help with project development and growth?

Jonathan

Marketing is an important element of every project. I can say from my side that I had been leading successful traditional games on the publishing side and I have a lot of resources and experience in that field, we have no doubt that we will succeed in our marketing campaign, we use to go to market strategies originating from the game industry:

  • Ads
  • KOL marketing
  • Partnership
  • Brand partnership
  • Online events, UGC events, in-game events, “IPs” etc.

We will also integrate our gaming elements with typical crypto events, like

  • Airdrops
  • Credential-gated community events
  • Staking events
  • Token-related incentives

There’s an event going on right now to celebrate our successful closed beta test: https://twitter.com/archlootOS/status/1529120130147713024

We also have a soon-to-be-released Twitter enigma event and that’s actually an exclusivity.

Part 2 :

Host: The information you provided is really fruitful. To continue today’s AMA session, please provide more information by responding to some best questions submitted by members from Twitter that I have chosen right in this Group.

1. What problems do you see occurring in the blockchain industry nowadays and how does your project aims to solve these problems?

Jonathan

One of the problems that we see in the current blockchain game space is that the games are not games, they are primarily gamification of financial features. Many participants of P2E games only eye on the earning part. Our team, on the other hand, is true believers in the play portion. We believe in the intrinsic value of GameFi projects while focusing on innovations. The technology of blockchain should be developed and employed to help increase the fun of gaming, and not replace it.

As I said in previous AMAs, what makes us think that we’ll “win” in the long run would be winning the heart of true users. ‘Fun’ part is currently the concern of the GameFi industry, to offer long-term evolving value for both game and assets is definitely hard-achieving. A lot of projects are targeting the financial aspect of it, we try to find a balance in terms of playability, fun, and earnings, which we believe to actually bring something new to the industry.

Similar to what is actually offered in the traditional industry, instead of having micro-transaction we will allow players to buy a hunting license to start to earn, allowing players to actually have a choice in the way they want to experience the project.

2. Many new projects initially developed well but were suddenly abandoned. How will you manage your project to get your position on the market and become the best project in the blockchain world?

Dirk

For one thing, it would be a sustainable economic model. We have a management team and an omnipotent dashboard that will actively monitor the in-game economy, watch the inflation, and create a healthy environment for all players. We have particularly introduced a hunting license approach, where the player will be able to earn only if he/she possesses a hunting license. That way, by limiting the issuance of hunting licenses, we can contain the inflation.

As for our games, we will be continually developing new features and mechanisms while listening to our community. In the future, the token holders will be able to participate in deciding some important metrics of the game. Over the long term, we will be gradually handing the governance role to our community and we believe this approach will bring an active, loyal, and insightful community.

3. Can you share some Details about Recent Major Achievements done by your project? Also, what are the Future Roadmap & Targets of your project?

Jonathan

We finished game development last year. It is already an actual playable product already. We just had a successful Closed Beta Test last week. You can find lots of discussions and good comments on this Discord channel: https://discord.gg/24NKZfqbnS

There’s a Best Monster Creator Contest going on. You may check this: https://twitter.com/archlootOS/status/1528981468659470336 to see how to win $100 or $300.

The top priority right now is to prepare for our blindbox sales, correct the last bugs we have discovered during the Closed Beta Test, and prepare for our Open Beta and the official launch.

4. What are your plans in place for global expansion, are you focusing on only the market at this time? Or focus on building and developing or getting customers and users, or partnerships?

Jonathan

We are a global project, with multi-language support being a major step in the roadmap. I’d say currently our community is mostly from Korea and ENL/ESL countries, given the status of our CBT event. But we have a global investor & partnership profile and are expanding our influence in SEA countries.

5. Security of investors’ funds is most important. Apart from eliminating the Migrator, what other measures have you taken in order to guarantee the security of our assets?

Dirk

The safety of assets should be a top priority of every crypto project. We are using treasury vault smart contracts to act as the custodian of the asset, just like other DeFi projects. The contracts are audited by Slowmist to make sure that there is no bug or backdoor left open.

Moreover, we have a dual authorization system when it comes to withdrawing assets. There will be two reviews, one from the management dashboard, and the other from the signing machine when executing a review order. This approach allows us to quickly identify and stop suspicious withdraws while maintaining the order flow in daily transactions.

Part 3

Host: That’s the end of Part 2, I believe all of the members here have gathered enough useful information, also they have many questions to exchange with you today.

Q1: Do you have an AUDIT certificate or are you working to AUDIT your project, so that the security of the project becomes more secure and reliable?

Dirk

Our smart contracts for the token ALT are audited by SlowMist.

Q2: At the moment, where you are focusing right now? Building and developing products or getting customers and users, or partnerships?

Jonathan

Could you share it? the development of the project is almost complete, we already completed our closed beta test, and the open beta test will be scheduled soon, we also focus on marketing and partnership obviously recently as we are slowly planning for the next step of the project

Q3: Is this Your project only for elite investors, how about others with small funds, is it open to everyone?

Dirk

Our game is free2play. In fact, we will be dropping free common parts for players to enjoy our products. However, if a player wants to earn from the project (FT or NFT), he/she may need to make an initial investment in the case of a hunting license.

Q4: What is ArchLoot marketing plan? Organize AMA with a lot of rewards in $ArchLoot token and attaching to the growing community is one of that marketing plans?

Jonathan

We have several marketing events aside from just making AMA’s, we will be publishing lots of events on our Twitter as well as Airdrops, I strongly suggest to join our Twitter and discord https://twitter.com/archlootOS, https://discord.gg/archloot, to get to know the project or simply join the community and try to get some rewards, we will have a big announcement coming soon with big partners backing up the project.

Q5: What are the great achievements that ArchLoot has achieved so far? What difficulties and risks did you encounter during project implementation, and what factors helped motivate you to overcome difficulties?

Dirk

We are fortunate enough to balance innovation with user-friendliness. That is, our interactive NFT gameplay is designed in a way that cannot be found in another project, yet it’s still easy for players to grasp.
