Hello everyone good day Welcome to another One of our great AMA session

Today we have Jonathan from Archloot as our Guest and he’ll be here to enlighten us about Archloot!

Q1: Can you give us a self-introduction and an introduction to the project?

Jonathan

Hi, everyone, I’m Jonathan, the CEO of Archloot, from Belgium. Worked for game publishers such as Yostar, Mars game, and Taptap and in projects such as Arknights, Ragnarok, Azur Lane, and Ulala: Idle Adventure.

I’m here for our project ArchLoot, an NFT-based UGC game built on BNB Chain. It has raised $17m in funds and is backed by names like Binance NFT, YGG SEA, and FOTA. 40 global members. Amassed 300k community members in 5 months.

Great experience you have here I must commend. So, What kind of game is ArchLoot?

Q2: What kind of game is ArchLoot?

Jonathan

We can say it’s an RPG game based on user-generated content, so we want to place our users at the center of the project. We want to bring tremendous fun and UGC flexibility to the players.

The provides an avatar builder like the old game ‘Spore’ for you to design and assemble your avatar from an NFT gallery. It has a dungeon crawl pattern with exciting battle scenes and also balances the NFTs elements with the enrichment of playability. We are very well received by games & guilds within our network.

You may check the gameplay preview on our YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0W8LRSArALI

Q3: What’s different about ArchLoot NFTs? Why should gamers and investors care about your NFTs?

Jonathan

Well, for starters, we have finished our 2nd wave of NFT sales on Binance.

Firstly, NFTs are significant for your playability and profitability. As explained, avatars in ArchLoot are assembled and designed freely by gamers with NFT body parts. These parts are divided into four levels according to their rarity — common, rare, epic, and legendary — corresponding to 1, 2, 3, and 4 attributes respectively.

Some of these parts also have separate special skills.

Also, we have a unique technology called interactive NFTs, which is enabled by our protocol, EIP 4985 and BEP 129. These two innovative protocols allowed user modifications within the game to be logged on chain. Gamers have assets more than a static jpeg, but a ‘live’ part that its metadata can be changed and protected by a treasury contract.

Q4: Who are the core members developing ArchLoot? What is your experience with the gaming industry?

Jonathan

As for me, I worked for years serving game publishers. And the team comes from different horizons. Our COO Gavin has been a c-level member and consultant in blockchain projects. Our advisor Duke co-founded Blockchaingame.com. It can be considered a success in 2017, reaching a $10m net profit.

Our members have accumulated much gaming publishing experience during 2017–2019. A lot of research has been done to keep the game sustainable in the long run. We released an experimental game, mir1 on the iost chain, and made many enhancements based on community opinions. It was a good practice, which paved our way.

Nice to have such experienced people on a project. Really impressive

Q5: Which stage is the project on? How can we participate in the game now?

Jonathan

As I said, we have finished fundraising and put the money into good use, including game R&D, ecosystem building, and more. The last two phases of the closed beta test were successful, in terms of participation and discussion. Two rounds of NFT sales on the Binance NFT were immediately sold out. These have built and enhanced our confidence in bringing our product to more countries and regions.

We will keep being active in major markets like Korea, Japan, Southeast Asia, and of course in America and Africa.

The game itself is free-to-play. Gamers can stay tuned on our socials to see the latest updates of both closed and open beta tests, which will be followed by an official launch soon to come.

Q6: Tell us more about the next closed beta test.

Jonathan

It will be an invite-only event scheduled later this month, hopefully on October 20th. Although the seats are limited, we will try to make it as inclusive as possible, to cover more geographically diverse testing gamers across the globe.

Same as CBT 1 & 2, we have planned new incentive events and in-depth testing plans for gamers to engage in more game content and mechanisms. You can make the most in the adventurous ArchLoot world, by means of PVP, PVE, and multiplayer gaming modes.
