AIre-chain PoC update Feb 4, 2020
Early January, AIre team started AIre-chain PoC development with Parity Substrate in collaboration with Stake Technologies. PoC is the first step towards TestNet followed by MainNet. The purpose of the PoC is to confirm feasibility of requirements herein-under flow of data banking and digital identity, test business model with simple implementation, and test protocol.
Feasibility study of requirements
Data banking and digital identity are the cornerstones of AIre-chain’s functionality. In order to accommodate these requirements the PoC will include test of identity and verifiable claims with Decentralized Identifiers (DIDs), information management mechanisms between users and data banks, associations of data outside data banks, and fraud, scoring and security features. Based on the results AIre team will conclude if the requirements are feasible.
Test business model
The ecosystem is built to fairly distribute and reward users, network operators, and businesses. The PoC include a simulation of the economy to understand participants incentives.
Test protocol
Based on preliminary research, Parity Substrate was selected for PoC because it has potential to accommodate above mentioned requirements. Parity Substrate offers modularity, flexibility, performance, and the level of security that AIre-chain aims to achieve.
The PoC from 10.000 feet
The PoC will include:
- Account registration (for users)
- User data registration
- Data deletion request from user
- Sending access requests from companies (for public chains)
- User responds / cancels access request (in case of public chain)
- Companies get user data
- Conceptual DID implementation
