An Expat Who Can’t Get His Stimulus.
He searched the expat group for his question. He learned, long ago, never to post in the expat group…unless he wanted to be bullied, attacked, mocked.
There were a few. What about people who didn’t have American bank accounts? Would their stimulus checks be mailed to Costa Rica?
