Hunter Biden’s criminal trial conviction is the final nail in the coffin for Joe Biden’s presidency

On June 11th 2024, the jury convicted Hunter Biden on all counts delivering an absolutely devasting blow to the sitting president. He now must endure the shame and humiliation of having his last surviving son a convicted felon while looking a federal prison. The question is will Joe Biden pardon his son before the upcoming election in November or wait until after the election to pardon his son. Hunter might have to sit in prison first since a pardon prior to the election might be catastrophic for his father’s chances for reelection. Joe Biden’s approval ratings are in the mid-thirties the worst of his presidency while Donald Trump’s favorable ratings are higher than Biden’s. In a three- way race with RFK Jr., Biden’s chances dwindle even more leaving the incumbent with even a lesser chance for reelection.

Hunter Biden’s trial has shown the drama and problems in the Biden family with Hunter battling drug addiction for years while also being involved with his father’s connections.

The charges against Hunter are serious as an alleged drug user and addict who illegally purchased a firearm by lying on the ATF transaction form by marking no that he was not using or addicted to drugs at the time of the firearm purchase. He lied and illegally purchased a firearms at the gun store known as a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL). ATF routinely regulates these FFLs for compliance.
