When working for someone else, it’s easy to feel the uncertainty of your future. What happens if they no longer need you? While a corporate job may offer a steady salary and security, how far can that really take you?

Failure is part of the journey when you are a startup. That is where you learn the most and grow the fastest. For me, Studentpod has been the most rewarding experience. It’s a memory that I will always hold on to because it embodies everything that I know about success and growth: you have to have the courage to make that leap even when you don’t know what will happen.
