Before Arena-Z, we envisioned Community-X as a vibrant hub to deepen engagement and reward our loyal community. While the project showed promise, we recognized the opportunity to expand our vision beyond a community platform. This inspired Arena-Z, a more ambitious initiative that supports beyond community engagement to include a dedicated gaming blockchain and a comprehensive platform.
Importantly, Community-X remains an integral part of our journey and will be seamlessly integrated into the AZ Ecosystem as Commue, staying true to our original mission of empowering and rewarding our community.

As an EU-based entity fully compliant with MiCA — the world’s most advanced crypto regulatory framework — we also offer compliance advisory services to game studios adopting blockchain technology. These efforts culminated in the creation of 3MERGED, a venture founded by members of the League of Kingdoms team, and the subsequent launch of Arena-Z. Q1: LOK Chronicle & the Superchain
LOK Chronicle (LOKC), introduced in Q1 2024, builds on the success of League of Kingdoms (LOK) to deliver a fresh and dynamic RPG experience. Designed with interoperability at its core, LOKC seamlessly integrates NFTs and tokens from both games, offering players a unified and enriched gaming journey. Q2: The New Order & Southeast Asia Blockchain Week
The New Order, developed by Reality MagiQ, is a highly anticipated competitive shooter game set to release in 2025. This AAA-quality game prioritizes thrilling gameplay, featuring unique heroes, innovative mechanics, and intense combat. While it incorporates play-to-earn elements, the core focus remains on delivering an immersive and enjoyable gaming experience.

In June, we had a free mint with over 10,000 whitelisted participants, 3,000 GDA NFTs were minted on the Arena-Z launchpad. The GDA sold out within a minute of the FCFS round opening. The campaign also saw the social community grow from 0 to 24k members in just two weeks.
The exclusive playtest attracted significant interest, attracting players from 124 countries and major Web3 guilds like YGG, W3GG, VGG, KeGN, and Avocado DAO. The playtest spanned 40 hours over three days, featuring PvE, PvP, and Sandbox. With more than 60,000 kills recorded during the PvP testing, the event received an impressive 88.43% positive feedback.

First offline debut at SEABW

AZ Chain Launches on Testnet
AZ Chain, a modular gaming L2 chain powered by Optimism’s OP Stack, has launched its Testnet with Gelato. By joining the Superchain ecosystem, AZ Chain inherits a fast, secure, and scalable execution environment with 2-second block times, 293 transactions per second, and transaction fees under $0.01. Arena-Z provides game studios and indie developers with essential web3 tools, including a plug-and-play SDK, Gelato Relay for gasless transactions, and Gelato VRF for on-chain randomness. This empowers developers to build and launch innovative gaming experiences on the platform.
Q4: Ambassadors, LOKC Milestones, Mainnet Launch, and the Future of Arena-Z
With the reveal of our questing platform, we also launched our Ambassador Program to support small content creators for Arena-Z and our games. We accepted creators of all sizes, utilizing a performance-based rewards program. Our goal is to grow together, featuring each content creator on our missions page in rotation and driving engagements to quality posts. We’re still actively seeking talented ambassadors to join our community and contribute to the growth of the Arena-Z ecosystem.
LOK Universe
The LOK Universe was officially established with the introduction of LOKC’s community within our existing LOK discord server. We also held a CBT with 5000 players, showing an impressive retention rate of over 70% for two weeks and a rating of 4/5.

The third addition to the League of Kingdoms IP, LOK Hunters was first introduced in Q4 and is expected to be released in Q1 2025. Developers are from SN Games, known for The God of Highschool Mobile game, LOK Hunters expands the franchise and offers further opportunities for players to utilize their existing NFT collections and experience interoperability between games.

YGG Play Summit & Abu Dhabi Finance Week
We were proud to co-host the YGG Play Summit Web3 Gamers’ Lechon Party: Decentralized Pig alongside Surgence, delabs, Planetarium, and Space Nation. Technical & Future Updates
The Holocene hard fork update, completed on November 26, 2024, marked a major milestone in aligning fully with the Superchain’s standards. With $LOKA bridging to the AZ Chain now live, users can seamlessly transfer and claim their rewards. In the coming months, League of Kingdoms will lead the way in migrating key chain actions — such as Drago breeding and DSA/DST bridging — to the AZ Chain, enhancing performance and user experience within the ecosystem. Looking ahead to 2025, we’re focused on delivering cutting-edge tools like plug-and-play SDKs, invisible wallets, a questing portal, and a marketplace SDK, empowering our games and those building with us.
Rebranding $LOKA: Transition to Arena-Z ($A2Z)
The $LOKA token, Binance’s 26th Launchpad project backed by global investors like a16z and Sequoia Capital, is undergoing a transformative evolution. Moving beyond its single-game roots in League of Kingdoms, $LOKA will become the core token of Arena-Z, a multi-game Web3 platform powered by its own Layer 2 blockchain. This shift is designed to enhance scalability, utility, and community engagement.
