What does tokenization mean for us?
Mike Satoshi (MS): Why are you doing the tokenization? What’s the purpose? What does it mean for you?
Mateusz Kara (MK): For us, a token is a marketing tool for building a community. Our purpose is to create a community that equates its financial success with the success of the Ari10 company.
MS: Why are you doing tokenization now?
MK: Since 2017, we have been focusing on building a business. We could have done tokenization in the past, but our companies were not developed enough.
We didn’t want to create a token without the value. Now, when our companies have developed much more, it’s a great moment to start the foreign expansion. Tokenization is the first step to broaden the scope of our products and also go abroad.
How can the investor buy your token?
MS: How can I buy your token?
MK: You can’t buy our token now, but you will be able to buy it during the presale. When it comes to the assets for which you can buy our Ari10 token, it will be 2 ways.
- With FIATs on Bitcan.
- For the BNB, during the presale.
Another interesting fact is that you will be able to buy the Ari10 token in EVERY of our core products (CryptoTerminals, Bitcan and BitcoinWidget).
Company law issues
MS: Where is your company registered?
MK: We registered all of our companies in Poland, but now, when planning the expansion for the foreign markets, we have registered a company tokenizing Ari10 abroad.
But don’t worry, the token emitting company is a part of the Polish capital group.
Token prices
MS: What are the token prices in the particular phases?
MK: During the seed phase, the price of our token was 0,012 USD. During the private sale, the price was 0,013 USD, and during the public sale, the token price will be 0,015.
MS: And how do you average the conditions for investors because of different token prices?
MK: For investors who will buy our token during the public sale, the vesting phase will be much shorter than investors who bought it during the seed phase.
MS: What’s the minimum investment? I mean, do you have a down-entry price level?
MK: We don’t, but we have the maximum amount of investment. It’s 1000 USD*** during the public sale. We want to support small and beginner investors.
For many people, our company is the first contact with the crypto world, so we don’t want to create the dominance of institutional or big investors.
Product financial issues
MS: What’s your best-earning product?
MK: The most profitable parts of a business are Bitcan and B2B cooperations with big institutions. We focus on big partners for the building company, and it’s the most significant part of our revenue. B2C clients are the minority of our income.
Plans of Ari10
MS: What are you planning to do in the future?
MK: We are planning to add more chains to Bitcan (TERRA and BSC). Another idea is to create a bridge on ETH with the MATIC solutions.
The last thing, apart from tokenization, it’s the foreign expansion (Turkish, Spanish, Cyprus and Dubai markets).
