Farming pools and leveraged farming vault update
Hello everyone! Today we would like to share with you the details of the new Ariadne app update:
- Removal of irrelevant farming pools
- Adding a new farming strategy: sDAI leveraged farming vault
Removal of irrelevant farming pools
If you go to the app’s website at app.ariadne.finance, you’ll see that all old farming pools were removed. We’ve decided to get rid of farming pools with low profitability and TVL, as well as high risks associated with underlying assets and low interest from users.
We want to prioritize quality over quantity, adding only the best market strategies for relatively safe earnings.
If you were a depositor in these old farming pools and did not withdraw your liquidity, please contact us with your wallet address (you will need to sign a message with your wallet to prove ownership).
The number of wallets holding funds in these pools is so small that it will be easier to return funds in an individualized format.
New farming vault: sDAI leveraged farming strategy
We added a new farming strategy based on the Gnosis blockchain. This strategy uses the Aave V3 lending market to create a leveraged position on sDAI stablecoin.
When a user deposits funds, the Ariadne app takes a flash loan on Balancer and uses it to create a leveraged farming position which looks like this:
≈ 4x leveraged sDAI collateral position on Aave.
+
≈ 3x leveraged WXDAI borrow position on Aave.
The average APY on this strategy over the last few days has been 20–30%, which is pretty solid considering the strategy itself is very simple and has minimal risks for users. It is by far the most profitable yield farming strategy on the list of conservative ones.
