Meet Gerard — Newest ARK Crew Member

The ARK crew just got a new family member. Meet Gerard Blezer, our newest member of the finance team that is going to provide me (Lars Rensing) a helping hand.

Gerard started his career in Material science where he worked in different laboratories before starting a study in Business Engineering. After getting his bachelor degree in business engineering he was hired as Facility Coordinator at Brightlands.

During his job at Brightlands he was a jack of all trades and helped out the whole team from the startups (from all over the world) that needed his knowledge for materials to the management where he supported them with his skills. In his own words about Brightlands Gerard says the following:

“Brightlands consists of multiple campuses one of which specializing in artificial intelligence & blockchain. During my time there I’ve met a lot of blockchain related start-ups and visited various events during my time there, where I supported this Ecosystem.”

Gerard will also be our ARK ambassador at the Brightlands Venture Expert days where he will be on the look out for startups that can strengthen the ARK Ecosystem as whole.

We are thrilled to welcome Gerard to the ARK Team. He is already familiarizing himself with the team and his first duties. In his first steps, he will be actively involved with the KYC process. Which we are holding right now from our Token Exchange Campaign.
