What is your role at Arkafort?

I joined Arkafort as an IT Support Agent for one of the largest cruise companies in the world — Norwegian Cruise Lines. My following role was as a network and server technician, and finally my current role Arkafort is Team Coordinator.

Basically, I work together with Team Leaders and Management to provide the best possible service for our clients.

How would you describe your experience at Arkafort so far?

From my two years experience with Arkafort I have gathered enormous experience in the IT field, namely IT support, VOIP telephony, data centers and most recently, cloud technology. The support and trust that Arkafort has in me up until now pushes me forward to new experiences!

What motivates you?

With family being my main motivator, the Arkafort team definitely motivates me as it feels like another family. We are growing and learning whilst constantly facing new challenges together! This gives us the opportunity to learn, more or less, everything about IT world.

I admire the management’s vision and their way forward with current and new trends.

What are the challenges you face?

Every day is a new challenge for all of us. We try to be quick on our feet and anticipate our clients’ needs and goals for their business accordingly. We also have to be very delicate when it comes to cyber security, as we aim to protect all of our clients’ data from potential security breaches, and keeping their data secure.

What do you think of the team at Arkafort, and why?

The Arkafort team is the core and the soul of the company. How we tackle such diverse requests on a daily basis and managing to deal with them in such a professional way pushes us to newer challenges.

Which Arkafort projects would you describe as most exciting and innovative in your division?

My division communicates with all other sectors — We appreciate the input from different departments the can give their suggestions on our projects.

The most exciting and innovative project is the latest Arkafort Cloud Portal which is an all-in-one solution for our current and future clients in every point of view, where the clients can easily get whatever they need with just a few clicks.

Currently, there is a new opportunity for free lifetime support for up to 2 team members per business, which I highly suggest to take advantage of!

Where do you see Arkafort as a company in 5 years’ time?

Given the current rate that the company is thriving, I am confident that Arkafort will reach the higher ranks of the IT industry.
