Little things

There are many joys of life out there in the nature
  • Smile. You will feel a little bit happier.
  • Always sit up. As soon as you realize that you have been slouching, reposition yourself.
  • Look up the sky in the morning and stars at night. If you live in a place where blue sky and twinkling stars are never visible, travel to a place where you can see them from time to time.
  • This is cliché but please put away your phone when you are talking with your friend.
  • Listen to the chirps of nature.
  • Send a message to your friend as soon as you miss him/her.
  • Write things down. Our memory is volatile.
  • Drink a glass of water after you have read this.
  • Thank people with all your heart. Thank people whose work is always undervalued. Superheroes walk among us without masks and capes.
  • Do the right thing.
  • Be modest.
  • Don’t gossip. If you really need to vent out, do it with your trusted friend and leave it all behind.
  • Don’t be afraid to be left out.
  • Don’t be afraid to be out of date.
  • Learn to accept the fact that some people may hate you. You cannot please everyone in the world but make sure you fix up your wrongdoings as soon as realize them.
  • Talk with old people. They all want somebody to talk to.
  • Listen to those songs which you listened when you were in various stages and states of life. It will be your personal time machine.
