Open Waters allows anyone to utilize distributed ledger technology (DLT) with less than ten lines of code. Being the latest addition to the Armada Ecosystem, Open Waters provides the tool needed for companies to onboard themselves onto DLT and take advantage of Armada.

To use Open Waters, add the code to your workflow, and you will be posting data to Hedera Hashgraph. Open Waters provides versatility to add oracles like IOT to submit data, or quickly onboard a new supply chain partner to share data. When using Open Waters, all data is still encrypted with Armada before being posted to Hedera Hashgraph, maintaining privacy and security.

We at Armada Chain believe in the vision of global collaboration, where companies can share information in a secure, trusted, but simple method. DLT opened the door to this possibility with blockchain, yet companies struggled to implement the technology efficiently. Taking a different approach to blockchain using Hedera Hashgraph, Armada Chain built the Armada Ecosystem to allow companies to collaborate and use DLT without needing to leave their existing workflow.

The Armada Ecosystem consists of two core parts: The Armada Platform and Armada Applications. The Armada Platform handles the flow of data to and from Hedera Hashgraph, ensuring the security and privacy of information. Armada Applications utilizes trusted data from the Armada Platform for communication, analytics, provenance, or third-party solutions.

Open Waters is the latest in Armada Chain’s mission to change the ways people work together. We will be releasing additional versions of Open Waters for simple integration into any workflow.

About Armada Chain

The Armada platform is a collaboration hub that allows secure sharing of authenticated supply chain data. The platform is agnostic to any supply chain system, whether modern, legacy, or emails, offering a suite of integrations and APIs which allow assimilation into any workflow. Armada provides transparency in partnerships, allowing automation across the supply chain while maintaining data privacy, security, and auditable records. It empowers the supply chain professional with real-time data from partners across the supply chain, allowing more problem solving and less diagnostics. By providing an authenticated data layer, Armada will enable applications to be built on top in the fields of trade finance, communication, and data analytics.
