OutSystems named a Leader in the 2019 Magic Quadrants

OutSystems, the Armilar portfolio company that offers the leading platform for low-code rapid implementation development, was named a Leader in the new 2019 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Enterprise Low-Code Application Platforms.

This Magic Quadrant, previously named “Enterprise High-Productivity Application Platform as a Service”, is a verification that low-code is the future of app development and that it will surpass the traditional coding method within the next few years — Gartner estimates that, by 2024, low-code application development will be responsible for more than 65% of all application development activity globally. This follows another recent recognition of OutSystems from Gartner, after having been named a Leader in the analyst’s Magic Quadrant for Multiexperience Development Platforms earlier this year.

For OutSystems, this is another validation and further proof that they make it possible for their clients to capture new markets, create new services and captivate customers. Its CEO, Paulo Rosado, reckons that the company is a pioneer in the low-code industry and will continue to lead the way in this space.

Importantly, the company is also a customer favourite: OutSystems was named in different Gartner Peer Insights Customers’ Choice awards in October 2018 and February 2019. Many market incumbents, such as Toyota, Deloitte, GM Financial and Schneider Electric, use the OutSystems low-code platform to rapidly develop custom applications.
