I had a series of photographs exhibited in San Jose. The series was entitled Pinhole Surveillance.

To create Pinhole Surveillance I gathered objects from various locations, constructed cameras from them, before returning them to the location I acquired them from. This method allowed me to build whimsical ‘spy cameras’.

The cameras created were ‘Pinhole Cameras’, a form of early photography that requires just a lightproof area, a ‘pinhole’ lens, and some light-sensitive paper.

The images are displayed beside the object that captured them.

The photos were captured at shutter speeds between 45 minutes and 3.5 days.
