ARPA to Launch Global Airdrop Program for Community Contributors
During a broadcast session to our Mandarin-speaking community today, ARPA CEO Felix Xu revealed the first world-wide airdrop program we have been working on for weeks for our community: Project Apollo.
We are excited to reward our community with this million-dollar level airdrop program, which shows our commitment to rewarding our early adopters of ARPA.
Project Apollo is an action-based airdrop program that we are releasing to our community for their active participation in getting the word out about ARPA, and educating the rest of the world about the importance of privacy and the work we are doing. The duration of this air-drop will occur for one month beginning next week, and it will be made available to the entire global ARPA community who has access to internet.
The mission of the Project is simple — to reward ARPA community members who engage with us online. We have created something new called ‘ARPA Points’, which will be delivered to the community as they contribute to APRA community, in various forms. The activities that will be rewarded range from referring new users to ARPA, liking our various social media profiles, commenting on articles or posts we publish, and even completing tasks.
The ARPA Points are designed to be later swapped for ARPA tokens, once the month-long airdrop campaign successfully concludes.
In two weeks, ARPA will be speaking at the blockchain conference La Conexion, along with projects like NEM, Pundi, and DeCred. This blockchain conference will focus on the developing relationship between Asian blockchain companies, and their counterparts in South America who are trying to bring mainstream adoption of blockchain to the continent. You can expect to hear more about Project Apollo and other ARPA-related future outlooks at this conference.
