It’s been a while since I posted anything about the project. Boy, have we got news for you! First of all, we have a couple of newcomers who’s joined the team.

* Alex Maslakov is a DevOps/sysadmin working on maintaining TestNet and load testing the network.

* Alfred Mohenu Adjei is a JavaScript programmer to experiment with the client architectures based on node.js lite client and chromium front end.

Welcome to the team guys, and thank you for believing in the project!!!

Two recent brainstorm sessions have set a short-term roadmap for the development of the client. The client is the most crucial part of our marketing strategy. We have touched upon the overall design and now we expect the new design draft to be ready before the end of the year.

We have an old-school blackboard, but works for us.

We are finally done with the ERC20 token that will represent the stake in our DPoS (or a pre-mine if we decide to change consensus to PoS+PoW, as Alex Vesnin suggests). Three audit companies have analyzed the smart contract, 2 of them already issued a positive report, while we are still waiting on CoinSpect to draw the final paper. As soon as we have the last audit (hopefully this year), we will publish all the reports and deploy the first IDO in history.

A TestNet has been launched with smart contract functionality. The opcodes are quite primitive, but the VM is already capable of writing to/reading from persistent storage. Our VM is different from Ethereum’s EVM. Therefore, we rewrite our opcodes from scratch. It will take us some time but in the end bring us to the system that is lightning-fast.
