#Intro
In our previous content, ‘A New Wave in the NFT Market,’ we explored the brief history of the NFT market’s growth and the role of FPF NFTs. Recently, there has been significant market change due to the synergy between the essence of NFTs and the art market. A new wave, centered around ART NFTs, is emerging. However, is the infrastructure keeping pace with the growing interest?
Art de Finance recognized the need for a platform where both users and artists at the forefront of change could find satisfaction. While the introduction of NFTs has expanded the digital art market, opportunities for emerging artists are still limited.
As an artist, everyone wants to showcase their work to the world. However, some artworks may never see the light of day, while others, regardless of their artistic merit, gain attention from the world due to the artist’s connections and sell for high prices.
Art de Finance identified the need for a platform where even emerging artists entering the art market for the first time can share their philosophy and artwork with the world and interact with the community, without being engulfed by such situations.

Artiside’s Space is open to everyone.
Artisdie can be broadly divided into the functions of ‘Creation’, ‘Feed’, and ‘Seeding’
1. Creation
We’ve designed Creation to be accessible and enjoyable for everyone, as it can sometimes be challenging and complicated. When an artist mints their artwork, it is automatically uploaded to ‘Artwork,’ and the community can leave personal comments, like, save, and follow the artist, among various other interactions. Even if you’re not a registered artist, you can share your inspiration through the platform.
Artwork
This is a space where you can enjoy artworks without having to purchase them. If you come across an artwork that inspires you, don’t hesitate to click, express your interest with likes, and don’t miss the opportunity to interact with the artist through comments!
Inspiration
Share moments of inspiration you encounter in your everyday life. Inspiration allows anyone to share their thoughts, from everyday occurrences to special moments, and engage with the community. Art often begins with the most ordinary things in life.
2. Feed
Not sure which artworks to look at? Don’t worry; you can easily check out the artworks of registered artists and everyday moments shared as inspiration in a feed format through ‘Feed.’
3. Seeding(Coming in Q4 ‘23)
Seeding is the core of Art de Finance’s Web 3.0 art infrastructure.
Seeding indirectly supports artists’ artistic activities and ensures the sustainability of Web 3.0 art infrastructure. Any user of Artiside can utilize ADF tokens through Seeding, and any artist registered with Art de Finance’s partners can receive support through Seeding.
Art de Finance has considered the personas of each user in the construction of Seeding.
Artists can pursue their artistic activities independently through Seeding, using a form of support in the Web 3.0 style that they may not have experienced before. Historically, sponsorship has been a vital resource for an artist’s next artistic activities, but it often came with the constraint of producing works that strongly reflected the sponsor’s wishes, rather than the artist’s own intentions. However, with Seeding, artists can continue their artistic activities without compromising their unique philosophy and creative drive, thanks to an indirect sponsorship system.
Collectors can support artists who produce artworks they prefer or find inspiration through Seeding. Beyond purchasing artworks, they can express their anticipation for high-quality artworks through support for the artists’ future works.
Investors(Retail) can experience a new approach to Staking through Seeding. By forming artist-specific pools and conducting Episod-based staking with a defined period, they can engage in indirect support for artists in addition to earning staking rewards.
The Seeding Process
1️⃣ When Artiside members stake ADF tokens in the Seed program, it is called “Seeding.”
The Artiside Seed program aims to support artists and grow together with Stakers, so Stakers participate in Seeding for the artists they want to support. Seeders, who participate by selecting artists for Seeding, share the profits they receive through Seeding with the respective artists.
2️⃣ The Seed program operates on a weekly basis, referred to as “Episode.”
During an Episode, Seeders can freely participate in Seeding for various artists.
Throughout the Episode, Seeding rewards are distributed to artists based on the amount of Seeding and the number of Seeders in each Seed group. Since each group can accommodate a different number of artists, the composition of artists within a group may change during the Episode. The amount of rewards to be shared among participants in the same Seed group is equal, so the size of the reward pie that can be distributed to participants varies depending on the number of participants.
3️⃣ Upon the conclusion of an Episode, Seeding rewards generated within each group are distributed to artists proportionally based on the amount of Seeding in that Seed group. The rewards are then shared between the artist and the Seeders who participated in Seeding.
4️⃣ Even if you Seeded the same artist, Seeders who contributed larger amounts of Seeding and those who Seeded early in the Episode receive a higher percentage of the rewards. The artist’s share of the rewards is determined by the commission rate set by the artist. The commission rate remains unchanged during the Episode.
5️⃣ If you have received rewards through Seeding, you must request them within 2 weeks (14 days) after the Episode concludes. Rewards not requested within this period will be reinvested in other programs for Artists and Seeders by Art De Finance.
Requested rewards can be claimed to your wallet 12 weeks after the end of the Lock-up period. During the Lock-up period, pending rewards can be viewed in the “Pending Reward” section under [Wallet] > [Reward].
To utilize rewards as currency, you must claim them to your wallet.
6️⃣ Seeders can Unseed the amount Seeded to artists. Unseeding in the Seed program is subject to the following two conditions:
- Four days (+96 hours) after the last Seeding date
- After the conclusion of the last Seeding Episode
These conditions are calculated based on the Seeding date for each artist, so the Unseeding eligibility period may vary for different artists. If you meet the Unseeding eligibility conditions, the Unseed button will be activated.
If you do not Unseed the amount Seeded in the current Episode, it will be automatically reinvested in the next Episode. Auto Seeding is independent of Unseed conditions.
