5 ways to grow your Instagram audience organically

I help build brand’s and help them find a voice on social media to increase sales, brand awareness, and more. There are a few tips I use daily to build social media audiences for brands and today I’m sharing them with you for free!

1. Pick a theme — brand yourself

Picking a theme is very important and respected in the Instagram community. If you’re just starting first upload a few photos/videos and craft a bio keeping in mind that your bio will be seen by HUNDRED to THOUSANDS of possible Instagram followers.

Please if you’re just starting and are looking to build an audience as a brand of any sort make sure account is public so you can be seen by those who may be interested in your brand.

A professional logo or a high-quality profile photo and your brand’s theme color helps your audience recognize you. This should be on the top list.

2. Post Consistently

First, before I start dropping gems… please remember the QUALITY of the content you’re releasing is 1000 TIMES more important than the QUANTITY!

Now, that I have told you that please don’t use that as an excuse for why you shouldn’t start.

CONSISTENCY IS KEY

Learning to be consistent when releasing your content will help you grow on ANY SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM.

Consistency creates trust as well as let your audience stay updated and know when to expect new content!

3. ENGAGE with your audience

Engaging with the audience is a way to create trust too while giving your audience a voice and a way to relate with your brand.

Contests are a great way to catch attention and help spread word. I use contests occasionally to grab attention while giving value.

When asking questions not only does the engagement rate within your audience goes us but it allows the follower to gain value and the appreciate the love and are more willing to help you spread the word and even give you feedback on your brand and helps you keep the interest of your audience!

4. Use Hashtags

Instagram allows you to add 30 hashtags to a single comment these 30 tags give you a chance to be featured on the “explore” page and the explore pages exposes your content to a much wider audience and hashtags alone help your content be seen by more people as well as increase impressions of the content.

5. Run ADs

Running ADs is one of my gotos when working with a new brand looking to increase their’s brand’s audience on social media .Th e key to running ads successfully is making great content…content great enough to start conversation.

ADs, as we all know, helps your content and profile be seen by more people.
