I recently saw Facebook CEO, Mark Zuckerberg publicly share his new year resolutions. I thought it would be fun to do the same (even though mine may be less world-changing). So here we go:

My Resolutions for 2017:

1. Eat less processed foods (Health first.)
2. Get that colonoscopy (Still on the list from last year.)
3. Be a better husband and father (Nuff said.)
4. Make a difference socially (Especially post-pres. election.)
5. Help at least 100 people invest more profitably

The good news is that I can proverbially kill two birds on this list (#4 & 5) with one stone. I am a partner with OpenPath Investments. We’re a social impact real estate company. For 10 years we’ve been delivering market-beating returns for our investors while at the same time providing real benefits for working-class families and the planet.

What are your 2017 goals and resolutions? If you’re interested in getting better financial returns with the added benefit of making a difference socially, you’ll appreciate this short video.
