Why Listening to Instrumental Music Can Help You Be More Creative

I can never study with music. I always get distracted by the lyrics and start vibing out the lyrics. I forget what sentence I left out on and have to start over. That’s why I love instrumental music to help me study. It helps me focus, no lyrics to distract me and the melody is fun to sweep me into a mood of creativity.
